All items by The Berry Box Shop are handmade jewelry pieces made to order and take time to process and ship. Due to our24-hour cancellation policyall orders are not worked on until 24 hours have passed.

Shipping in the United States

U.S. shipping is free for orders over $35. All orders are (in most cases) shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email. We will also be keeping track of the order as well. If there are any issues with the shipping process after the order has been shipped, please contact USPS. We are not responsible for what happens to the package once it is taken by USPS. If your package is lost in transit  this is the carrier's responsibility. International Shipping

We ship worldwide except for France and Germany at the moment between both of our shops! If you are an EU or Australia based customer who would like to place an order, shipping is available on Etsy due to VAT taxes! Falsifying customs forms is a federal offense, and can result in major fines and jail time, therefore we will not lie on customs forms for you, so please do not ask us to do so! Customers are responsible for any and all taxes and fees associated with their orders. If you are an international customer, please note that your order will be canceled if you list a freight forwarding company as your shipping address, as it would void seller protection and may result in you losing your package.

Refund and Cancellations

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel and receive a refund. If the order is not canceled after 24 hours, the order will be fulfilled and shipped, and no refund will be available. If you are eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.All item descriptions, sizes, and details are made clear on the listings, so make sure to read them over before making your purchase! Exchanges

If an item is broken or incorrect upon arrival, please email us at: theberryboxshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Please note that for international returns, buyers are responsible for additional shipping fees as US based sellers are unable to create return labels for non-domestic orders. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping fees associated with any returns or exchanges made.

+Handle jewelry with care.

+Remove before showering, washing hands, and exercising.

+When swimming, chlorine and sea water will react to the metals and cause the jewelry to tarnish.

+Avoid direct sun & humidity.

+Remove jewelry before going to sleep to avoid any accidents that will damage your jewelry.

+Store jewelry in a dry, cool place like a pouch or jewelry box.

+Avoid abrasive jewelry cleaners or harsh chemicals that will remove finishing.

+Avoid spraying perfumes directly on your jewelry.

+Lotions and creams may contain acidic ingredients will react to jewelry pieces.

To keep our planet clean and try our best to have a small carbon footprint, we use recyclable packaging and do our best to sustainably run our business. We make our jewelry out of various metals and polymer clay. 

Jewelry can be recycled. Melting the metals down, stripping it for parts, or reusing it for another purpose are a couple of ways jewelry can be recycled. Our polymer clay jewelry isn’t biodegradable. Once it has been used, it must be thrown away. However, there are some ways to recycle polymer clay. One way is to use it as a mold for casting plaster or other materials. Another way is to use it as a filler for fabric or papermache.
